Invitation to Expression of Interest
Feasibility Study for the establishment of a Chinese Renewable Energy Centre
- Survey on US RE Centre -
Services to be provided: The Sino - Danish Renewable Energy Development Programme (RED) is implemented together by the Chinese and Danish governments, with the purpose build capacity for further developing renewable energy utilization in China.
The Component 1 of this programme in particular intends to enhance the Government of China’s capacity on administration of renewable energy development and to carry out relevant activities to establish a national renewable energy centre.
Under this programme component, the RED PMO currently wishes to contract a "Survey on US RE Centre". The objective is to collect information about and experiences from successful US renewable energy centre, especially their operational modes and characteristics. It is intended to learn from their experiences and eventually transfer lessons learnt towards developing a proposal for the establishment of a Chinese National Renewable Energy Centre (REC).
