　 This is an invitation issued by the United Nations Development Programme's (UNDP) China Environmental Awareness Programme (CEAP). CEAP is seeking proposals for the planning, development and implementation of a national three-year environmental awareness campaign, which will utilize the mass-media to deliver the message including, but not limited to, television advertisements, public service announcements, print, radio, internet, mobile communications, events, concerts and goodwill ambassadors.

　CEAP solicits expression of interest from all Vendors who wish to be considered as a provider for the development of a national campaign related to environmental awareness.
