At the invitation of National Agri-Technicial Extension Centre of Ministry of Agriculture, Mr. Wang Yue, Director-General of CICETE, attended the conclusion meeting of the Project--"China Seed Industry Reform" in Xiamen from Nov. 8-9,2004. At the meeting, Mr. Wang and representatives from project agencies exchanged views on the progress of the Project and discussed follow-up work to push forward the Project.
