Mr. Wang Yue investigated Upstream areas of Yellow River

At the invitation
of Yellow River Water Resources Management Commission, Mr. Wang Yue,
Director-General of CICETE, flied to Qinghai to attend the field trip
activity investigating on the ecological condition and water-saving
agricultural irrigation situation of upstream basin of Yellow River
from August 19th to 24th, 2004. Mr. Wang also participated the workshop
discussion on ecology protection and water-saving agriculture extension
of upstream areas of Yellow River.
