CICETE is now inviting high-qualified bidders to supply proposal(s) in response to the four following Request for Proposals that have been created for the key works areas for the above mentioned project:

1) RFP01: "CDM Policy Building Support"

2) RFP02: "CDM Training Package Development and Implementation"

3) RFP03: "Prepare CDM pre-feasibility studies and pilot project facilitation"

4) RFP04: "Develop CDM Project Website and provide on-going technical support and maintenance" (Sole source procurement from domestic service provider)

Any domestic and foreign companies and consultants who are interested in thisrequest may download the above RFPs at our website. For any information concerning tasks, schedule, budget and payment, submission of RFPs, lodgement of proposals and etc, please refer to RFPs.

Completed proposals must be received at the following address no later than 5 p.m. (Beijing Time) on the 20th of November, 2003.
