On 28th July, 2003, Mr. Wang Yue, Officer in Charge of CICETE, met with Mr. Bustamente, Economic and development counsellor of EU Delegation to China and Mr. Richard Wilkinson responsible for assistance to China in EU Headquarter. Bilateral communication and cooperation have been discussed during the meeting with warm atmosphere. Mr. Wang Yue introduced basic institutional framework and business scope about CICETE, focusing on operational expansion and planning. Guests from EU Delegation spoke highly of achievement CICETE had made and expressed confidentiality for mutual cooperation in future.
