Co-organized by the Department of International Trade & Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Commerce and United Nations System in China , the United Nations Development Assistance Framework for the People's Republic of China (2006-2010) Annual Appraisal Meeting was held in Beijing International Hotel in the afternoon of 26 February 2008. Mr. Yi Xiaozhun, Vice Minister of Commerce attended the closing ceremony and delivered a speech. Mr. Zhao Zhongyi, Deputy Director General of CICETE participated in the meeting and delivered a speech on south-south cooperation. Leaders from nearly 20 ministries and related departments were present at the meeting.
