China Association of Trade in Services (CATS) hosted 2008 New Year Celebration and Launching Ceremony in Beijing on January 30, 2008. Mr. Wang Yue, CICETE Director General, Mr. Dong Hong, Deputy Director General and Mr. Zhao Zhongyi, Deputy Director General of CICETE participated in the celebration. Vice Minister of Commerce Yi Xiaozhun was present at the celebration and delivered a speech. Mr. Zhao Zhongyi chaired the whole celebration.
The celebration was the first activity for CATS members to build friendly relations and exchanges after the association established. During the celebration, CATS Launching Ceremony and Membership Awarding Ceremony were held. Vice Minister Yi Xiaozhun awarded the membership boards to more than 20 member enterprises. Over 200 representatives from related departments of Ministry of Commerce, CICETE, CATS members and related ministries participated in the celebration.
