The Anding Microfinance Service Center has been set up in Dingxi City of Gansu Province recently. The Center is registered as a non-profit enterprise at the Department of Civil Affairs.

The Center will take over all the microfinance business from the Anding Urban and Rural Development Association, including the main staff and the loan portfolios. The Center will continue to provide non-collateral microcredit to the poor and low-income population in both urban and rural areas.

CICETE is the biggest shareholder of the Center and will invest more loan capital to it. More NGO-styled MFIs under CICETE management will be transferred to the commercialized MFIs in the future.
