The Second Summit Forum on Economy and Business between China and Russia was held in Moscow on Novemember 6-7, 2007. Both Premier Mr. Wen Jiabao and his Russian counterpart Mr. Viktor Zubkov delivered keynote speeches at the opening ceremony of the Forum. Vice Premier Mdm. Wu Yi and Mr. Alexander Zhukov, Vice Premier of Russia also attended the opening ceremony and then met some participants of both sides. This Forum was the highest-level activity on economic and trade exchanges in 2007' Chinese Year of Russia . There were more than 800 participants coming from economic and business circles of both countries. The theme of this Forum was to enhance the business cooperation between the two sides.

CICETE and TDB of MOFCOM contributed services for the organizing and logistics of the Forum. Deputy Director General of CICETE, Mr. Dong Hong participated in and led the logistics team of the Forum.
