The title confirmation of CICETE’s previous office building located in Madian has been successfully acquired and the Poverty Right Certificate was issued on Oct.10, 2007, with the special attention of the high level of MOFCOM and support from the Department of Finance and the Bureau for Administrative Affairs of MOFCOM. The said problem of the property right of the Madian building has lasted over ten years. Former and current CICETE’s management have made continued efforts to solve this problem and finally acquired the poverty ownership. The final settlement of ownership will bring important and far-reaching significance to the future development of CICETE.
