Deputy Director General Zhao Attends TPR Meeting of Tibet Development and Poverty Alleviation Project

20 August 2010, Lhasa - The Tripartite Programme Review of Tibet Development and Poverty Alleviation Project was convened in DOFCOM of Tibet Autonomous Region. Deputy Director General of CICETE Zhao Zhongyi attended and presided in the meeting. Mr. Ma Xiangcun, Director General of DOFCOM, Deputy Director General of Tibet Tourism Bureau, Mr. Wang Songping and Mr. Nima Yundan，Deputy Director of Chengguan District, Mr. Napoleon Navarro, Deputy Country Director of UNDP China office, were also present.

In the meeting, all parties reviewed the project progress from January 2009 to August 2010, drew experiences upon implementation, discussed the present bottleneck and found solutions. In addition, Annual Work Plan 2010-2011 was also reviewed and approved. With the spirit of trust and sincerity, all partners conducted in-depth discussion and close dialogue to promote mutual understanding and expand common-ground, which has laid a solid foundation for future project implementation.
