Deputy Director General Zhao Zhongyi Attends Seminar under NE-West HR Project

27-29 July 2010, Beijing - Symposium on Capacity Building for Combating Climate Change through Development of Low Carbon Economy organized by MOHRSS and CICETE was held in Beijing. CICETE Deputy Director General Zhao Zhongyi addressed the opening ceremony. The seminar aims at upgrading the capacity of civil servants in Northeastern and western regions in fighting climate change and growing low-carbon economy. Over 40 administrators from provincial HR departments attended the seminar.
